Notes for Charles DUCKERING
June advised that Charles was a master plumber and had a shop in Gainsborough. He was a trained engineer and apparently helped design the undercarriage of the Wellington bomber, which he submitted to Arthur Rose. She also recollected that he smoked woodbine and was a mathematician. (June tel 8.2.96)
