Notes for Charles (Spouse 1)
This is the last will and testament of me Charles Duckering of Great Northern Road, Dunstable in the County of Bedfordshire. I give devise and bequeath all my personal estate and effects wheresoever and whatsoever unto my dear wife Emma to whom I also give the entire management of my real estate for her sole benefit and profit during her life. Three months after which the same shall be sold by publice auction to the highest offer the proceeds of which subject to the payment of her just debts funerla and any other expenses shall be equally divided between all my children. I also appoint my dear wife Emma and my son in law Frederick James Quigley as joint EXECUTRIX and EXECUTOR with equal powers of this my will in witness. Whereof I have hereunto set my hand this twentyeight day of July in the year of one thousand eight hundred and ninty-four - CHARLES DUCKERING - Signed by the said testator Charles Duckering as and for his last will and testament in the presence of us present at the same time who at his request in his sight and presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as attesting witnesses - J SCHOFIELD Jr G.N.R. On the 27th day of February 1897 Probate of this will was granted to Emma Duckering widow and Frederick James Quigley the Executors. - see copy
