'This is the last will and testament of me Charlotte Elizabeth Duckering of 5 Cross O Cliff Hill Lincoln in the County of Lincolnshire made this eleventh day of October in the year of our Lord, one thousand nine hundred and forty eight. I hereby revoke all Wills and testamentary Instruments heretofore made by me. I appoint Frederick George Young of 5 Cross O Cliffe Hill Lincoln and Eric Douglas Sideny Salt of 10 Langham Road Cambridge to be the Executors of this my Will. I direct my Executors to pay my just Debts and Funeral and Testamentary Expenses. I give and bequeath that freehold dwelling house known as 'Glengarth' 122 Boultham Park Road Lincoln to my brother-in-law Frederick George Young of No 5 Cross O Cliff Hill Lincoln.
I give my 500 or there abouts war Saving certificate to Mrs E.D.S. Salt my niece of 10 Langham Road Cambridge.
I give my £200 3.5 P.C. War loan and any monies that may be left after my debts and funeral expenses have been paid to my four sisters and one brother Esther, Dacey, Ethel, Lilian & Henry in the event of his or her death his or her share to be equally divided between their children.
I give & bequeath my personal belongings to:

Brooch & earings to my sister Dacey
Brooch Gold to my sister Esther
