5) Thomas in his will gave a house and land at West Ashby to Mary.

'In the name of God Amen, I Thomas Duckering of Horsington in the County of Lincoln, a farmer being in a bad state of health but of perfect memory and remebrance praised God do make and Ordaine this my Last Will and Testament in maner and form as following. Item, I do Give to my Son Samuell Duckering the Sum of Thirty Pounds to be paid to him at the age of twenty one years. Item, I do give to my Daughter Mary Duckering the House and Land which I have Lying in the Parrish of West Ashby in the County of Lincoln, And likewise I do Give to my aforesaid Mary Duckering the Sum of Twenty Pounds to be paid her at the age of Twenty one years. Item, I do Give my Son Thomas Duckering on Shilling, Item, I do Give to my Son John Duckering a Pasture Which I have lying in the Parrish of Winthorp in the marsh in Lincolnshire, and one Shilling in monney and the pasture in Winthorp aforesaide to be made Clear for him.
