Fred is then discharged on the 13th November 1901 and Chas on the 7th December 1901. In His Majesty’s High Court of Justice, The Principal Probate Registry. Be it known that Charles Wallace Duckering of 31 Seymour Raod, London N8 died on the 6th day of April 1938 at University College Hospital, London WC1 intestate a bachelor leaving Minnie Elizabeth Wolsey - wife of John Wolsey - his lawful mother and the only person entitled to his estate who has renounced letters of administration thereof and consented. And be it further know that at the date hereunder written Letters of Administration of all Estate which by law devolves to and vests in the personal representative of the said Intestate were granted by His Majesty’s High Court of Justice at the Principle Probate Registry therefor to Charles Frederick Duckering of 8 Grand Parade, London N4 warehouseman the lawful son of the said Minnie Elizabeth Wolsey. And it is hereby certified that an Affidavit for Inland Revenue has been delivered wherein it is shown that the gross value of the said Estate in Great Britian (exclusive of what the said deceased may have possessed of or entitled to as a Trustee and not beneficially) amounts to £229-9-8 and that the said Affidavit bears a stamp of £1-10-0 dated the 5th day of May 1938 signed by the Registrar
