National Advocate, Bathurst, NSW Wed 22 Mar 1911, records: ‘On Monday night, the infant son of Mr and Mrs James F. Duckering, of Cobar, died in Bathurst. The little fellow had been ill for some time, and the Cobar doctors orderd him to Bathurst for a change. The internment took place in the Church of England cemetary, the Rev. Canon T I Thompson reading the burial service. Mr W S Hodge conducted the funeral.’
