Obituary: Mrs Marguerite E Duckering. MARLETTE - Marguerite E Duckering, 74, of 9182 Runyan Lake Road, Fenton, died Saturday, May 22, 1982, in McLaren Hospital, Flint. She was born Marguerite E Welwood April 10, 1908, in Marlette. She married Cecil J Duckering Aug. 25, 1939, in Marlette. Mr Duckering died in 1950. Mrs Duckering was a graduate of Marlette High School and Eastern Michigan University, Ypsilanti. She was a school teacher for 38 years in Fenton. She was a member of Tyrone Presbyterian Church, Fenton. She is survived by a son, John H., Swartz Creek; a sister, Mrs Evelynn Martin, Marlette; and three grandchildren. Services will begin at 1pm Tuesday in Marlette First Presbyterian Church. The Rev. Robert Berkey will officiate. Burial will be in Marlette Cemetery. Visiting hours will be from 5 to 9.30pm today and 1 to 9:30pm Monday in the Marsh Funeral Chapel. Memorials may be made to the McLaren Hospital KIdney Unit, Flint.6175
