Edward's death certificate records that he died on the 14th August 1849 at 8 Berkeley Street, Lambeth Walk, Lambeth aged 2 years from 'hydrocephalus', which is water in the head. The death certificate records that his father was Thomas, a 'coachman' and that Mary, his mother was present at the death and registered his death on the 15th of August. See certificate on file.
