Agnes's parents are Claude and Maggie Scott. (Don USA 3.2.1997)

He was the patriarch of the Scott Theatres in Odessa. He started in the movie business in Illinois and after he married, he and his wife Maggie moved several places to include Indiana, Florida and returned to Texas. The family moved to Odessa from Pecos in 1932 and started the Scott Theatre business. His children expanded the business and the Scotts owned a theatre in Taft, California and also owned and operated the Scott, Rio, Twin Terrace and Plain's Drive Inns.
He died suddenly from a heart attack and was preceded in death by his son, Laurence; survived by his wife, Maggie, sons and daughters, O.E. and Wallace along with his daughters Winnie and Agnes all of Odessa.

Claude Winfred Scott was the son of Rufus M Scott and Elizabeth "Lizzie" Thompson. I don't know where they are buried,
