Thomas Fredrick Duckering, 65, was born April 17, 1941, in Brownington to Frank Raymond and Leliah Mae (Gresham) Duckering. He passed away Sunday, Nov. 12, 2006, at St. John's Regional Health Center, Springfield.
Tommy worked as a custodian for a linen manufacturing company in Springfield as well as various other jobs through the years.
Preceding him in death were his father, Frank Duckering, and his brother, Carl Wayne Duckering.
Survivors include his mother, Leliah Hinkle; sisters - Phyllis Whitesell and husband, Darrell, Christena Green and husband, Gary - all of El Dorado Springs and Carolyn Durnell and husband, Fred - Moundville; sister-in-law, Louise Smith - Buffalo; several nephews and a niece; and other relatives and friends.
Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 18, at Schofield Cemetery, Foose, MO, with Rev. Randy Sheldon officiating.
