Notes for Thomas & Eleanor (Family)
The marriage certificate of Thomas and Eleanor Tanner records that they were married on the 4th of July 1864 at St Andrew's, Bethnal Green. She was living at 30 Green Street and a spinster. (Michael - see copy of certificate on file).

The marriage certificate of Thomas and Eleanor Tanner records they were married on the 4th of July 1864 at St Andrew's Church, Bethnal Green. He was a batchelor, she a spinster. His occupation is given as a chair maker. His father William's occupation is given as a farmer. Her father is recorded as Joseph Tanner plumber. (Michael - see copy of certificate on file) I have assumed that it is this Thomas, as there is no other Thomas of the right age with a father called William.
Notes for Margaret (Spouse 2)
This relationship is assumed. 1901 Census confirms and from Alice MAUVERS, step daughter, I have assumed Alice is her daughter from her previous marriage.
