(Michael refers to a Henry born in 1869, letters 2.96 & 16.3.96, again I have assumed this to be 'Samual Henry').

Samuel Henry was an executor for his fathers will and was granted probate with his brother Richard on the 28th of October 1912. See Thomas's file for a copy of the will.

Will. Samuel Henry of Dorrington, Lincolnshire, died 11th June1946 at The County Hospital, Lincoln. Probate to F.M.Morton. Effects £1775 4s 2d. (Michael)

'I Samuel Henry Duckering of Dorrington in the County of Lincolnan Employee under the Sleaford Rural District Council here by declare this to be my last will. I appoint Frederick Meggitt Morton of Sleaford in the said County of Lincoln Printer and Stationer (here in after called "my trustee") to be the sole executor and trustee of this my will. I bequeath to the said Frederick Meggitt Morton the sum of five pounds free of duty if he shall prove my will and carry out the trusts thereof. I bequeath all my estate and effects unto my trustee Upon trustfor my wife Kate Evelyn absolutely subject to the payment of my debts and funeral and testamentary expenses and of the said legacy of five pounds and the duty thereon. In witness whereof I the said Samuel Henry Duckering have to this my will set my hand this sixth day of March One thousand nine hundred and thirty S HENRY DUCKERING Signed by the said Samuel Henry Duckering as his last will in the presence of us who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other at the same time have here unto subscribed our names as witnesses
