I give all my property to my friend Mary Elizabeth Scarborough and appoint her sole Executrix of this my Will In Witness whereof I have set my hand to this Will this 9th day of February One thousand nine hundred and twenty five. Signed by the above named LIZZIE JANE DUCKERING as her last Will in the presence of us both being present at the same time who in her presence & in the presence of each other have here unto subscribed our names as witnesses.
