'THIS IS THE LAST WILL of me SARAH ELIZABETH DUCKERING of HullProfessional Nurse. I give devise and bequeath untp my sisterMillicent All my real and also all my personal estatewhatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature of kindsoever thesame may be or consist of for her own use and benefitabsolutely. And although I place no obligation or trustwhatsoever on my sister in respect of it still I shall be gladif she will make a will herself where by she gives any propertywhich she may die possessed of and which may come to her underthis my will unto and equally between such of her brothers asmay be living at her death. I appoint my brother Edward ElmhirstDuckering of Kirton-in-Lindsey to be the sole EXECUTOR of thismy will. I revoke all other wills and testamentary dispositionsby me at any time heretofore made and declare this to be my lastwill and testament. Sarah is buried in Northorpe church yard and her gravestonereads as follows:'In Affectionate Remberance of SARAH ELIZABETH eldest daughterof Richard Elmhirst and Susannah Duckering who died June7 1909 aged 57 years.
