Notes for Clement OSMOND
Clement was a boarder at Salisbury School, which later became known as Chafyn Grove School. As his father's fortunes changed, he became a day boarder.

Clement followed his father into the family business as a monumental sculptor and mason in stone and marble. The business was sold, possibly in 1886 and Clement was then working for the new owners. Clement was still working at the St John's Street Works in 1927.

Clement's relationship with his father was difficult. William had favoured his elder son, but on Sidney's death switched his attention to Clement, but then with the change in the schooling arrangements and the sale of the business, the relationship was soured. Clement was a keen photograph taking many photographs in and around Salisbury. He and Caroline had no children.
