Nottingham Evening Post, 21 July 1956. Fo-Duckering. Mr Norman Arthur Fox, son of Mr and Mrs A C Fox, of 39 Findern-green, Nottingham, and Miss Muriel Iris Duckering, daughter of Mr G S Duckering, of 300 Woodborough-road, Nottingham, were married at St Cyprian’s Church, to-day. The Rev T V Evans ooficiated.
The bride, who was given away by her father, wore a full length crinoline dress of white net and lace. Her veil was held in place by a pearl spray head-dress.
Mrs Dorothy Kershaw was the matron of honour, and the bridesmaids wre Miss Freda Morris and Miss Jennifer and Miss Kathryn Foster. They wore ballerina-length floral organza dresses. The best man was Mr D Banham.
